WTF Bus #13

Okay I know I rant about the people I encounter on the bus a LOT but today's going to be a bit different. This is about the bus system itself. I love that there's a system of public transportation and that we can reduce our carbon footprint or whatever, but after waiting 20 minutes for a bus, you kinda think you're own ability to walk might be faster.

Who Wants To Be Nice?

I'm the middle child in my family. Everyone knows that the middle child is usually the most ignored. I have an older brother who's a genius at writing and a younger sister who's a musical prodigy. I got the art thing going on but that's the quietest one out of the three. For some reason, as artistic as we all are, we're somehow extremely violent.

Red Pill vs. Blue Pill

A big visual from the first Matrix movie is when Neo is presented with two options from Morpheus, to either take the blue pill or the red pill. The blue pill is a sign of safety, to retreat back to the "reality" that Neo was already used to. He would forget everything that had happened to him before and wake up in his bed, repeat the same ol' same ol'. If he takes the red pill, he would see a new reality, that was the actual truth, and he would see "how far down the rabbit hole goes". It's one of my favoritest and quickest decisions ever made. I kinda feel like he should've spent a little bit more time thinking over his options.

WTF Bus #12

I don't know what it is with summertime. Summer always brings out the worse in people. For some reason people just lose their minds and get worked up over the smallest things. Or they decide to do dumb, dumb dumb things...

Since when does being a lady mean you have to be a pussy?

Call Me Maybe, Violets Are Blue...

At this point, NO ONE CAN ESCAPE THAT DAMN SONG! "Call Me Maybe" is so damn addictive and catchy, that everyone keeps singing it. Even if you don't LIKE that genre, it'll come up somehow, even with the Harvard Baseball Team.

Get Paid Doing What You Love

I know this title is like every other self help books but I'm too lazy for something that lengthy so I'll just summarize this within 1 blogpost. My family and friends are all is freakishly talented, and now we're all at the point as young adults where we can cash in on this... Kind of.
