Apocalypse... Now?

I know there's a lot of scary stuff out in the world right now. World hunger, fatal diseases, female drivers, etc... But lately, things seem to be getting out of control, which is why it's important to relax and take a break... But without bathsalts.

This is just fucking ridiculous. I don't know what inspired people to even use bathsalts to get high. It's like being too poor to afford crack (cuz it's so expensive) so you go for the closest alternative. Like the guy who flipped out in Miami; he ripped off his clothes and then started to eat the guy's face off for 18 minutes. When the cops showed up and shot him FOUR times in the chest, he still kept going! And then finally he shot him in the head. I love a happy ending.
Or the guy who was being chased by the cops so he cut open his stomach and started to throw his intestines at them. I only believe that move should be done in the movie "Machete" and that's it.

All of this nonsense makes a person wonder if this counts as a zombie apocalypse.... Hmmmmmnope, it's not. That was just a severe case of dehydration that basically cooked up their brains to the point of crazy hallucinations and primal instincts. Sounds like crazy fun but it's not a symptom of "the apocalypse". I'd say The Matrix is a closer adaptation of the end of the world. We rely on technology for everything and keep making devices smarter. Eventually we'll run out of resources (where else are we going to find dinosaurs that don't end up on VH1?) and have to resort to cleaner energy sources, best one is always the sun. We're still about 4 billion years (the sun is at the age of "mid-life crisis") before the sun dies out and becomes a white dwarf (our sun isn't big enough to turn into a black hole, it'll just burn out). However, once someone or something can block out the sun, then we'll see end-of-the-world like you won't believe!
